Mixed use building in Downtown Panama City, Florida

A conceptual proposal for a vacant lot just on the side of the Mckenzie park and the historic Mckenzie House. The project is born from the need of the client to use a narrow empty lot next to his house, this area is almost forgotten and does not have any current use. The intention is to make use of this space to promote life in downtown Panama City, a beer garden in the main floor, with tables and playgrounds for families, and in the upper levels, apartment units with a fabulous view of the park and the surroundings.

Several iterations were made to experiment with different configurations of the space.
